Commercial Manager

A Commercial Manager is required on a home-based basis to provide commercial support across a complex national facilities management contract during a key transition period.

This six-month fixed-term role will maintain continuity across commercial processes, including KPI reconciliations, variation pricing, contract governance and risk management, with regular travel across the UK.

The Role

As the Commercial Manager, you'll:

Maintain commercial continuity across a complex national facilities management contract.

Manage KPI reconciliations, variation pricing and post-contract commercial activities.

Develop pricing strategies while assessing contractual risk, cost and revenue opportunities.

Support contract variations, commercial governance, approvals and complex negotiations.

Partner with Finance and Operations to mitigate risks and resolve contractual issues.

Provide clear commercial reporting and support an effective handover following the transition.

About You

To be successful as the Commercial Manager, you'll have:

Extensive commercial and contract management experience, including post-contract delivery.

Experience managing commercial teams within a complex services environment.

Strong knowledge of contract law, NEC FM and complex service contracts.

Financial acumen covering P&L, cash flow, contract pricing and financial modelling.

A degree or diploma in Law, Business, Surveying or the Built Environment.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and commercial decision-making skills.

Membership of, or progress towards, a relevant chartered institution would be advantageous. What's in it for You?
