Telford | £25,000–£26,000 | Monday to Friday, 8.45am–5.00pm

The role

As a Claims Handler,

you will be a key point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout the claims process and providing a professional, friendly and efficient service from start to finish.

Working within an experienced and supportive team, your responsibilities will include:

Managing claims from initial notification through to resolution

Building positive relationships with customers and relevant third parties

Keeping customers informed throughout the claims journey

Handling enquiries professionally and resolving queries efficiently

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

Progressing claims in line with company procedures and compliance

requirements

Liaising with relevant parties to gather information and progress cases promptly

Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience

What we're looking for:

Have previous claims handling experience, or a strong customer service background with an interest in financial services
